Dear guests,

the campsite Collina San Michele was founded in 1971, and it’s a favorite destination for those seeking peace and a relaxed atmosphere.

While maintaining the characteristics of a traditional campsite, the reopening of this activity aims to implement and encourage behaviors of respect for the environment that can improve our life and those of the people around us.

We want to encourage traveling slowly, moving on foot or by bike, by public transport or even on 4 wheels, but by doing it responsibly.

The bar and restaurant avoid, whenever is possible, the use of plastic: a “returnable” policy will bring the glass water bottles back to the manufacturer, and the rest will be differentiated.

We rent water bottles, so that during your trips you will avoid wasting money by being able to take advantage of all the public fountains of the 5 Terre, as well as not contributing to the environmental pollution of our territory.

During the year 2023 we avoided 3500 0,5l plastic bottles.

In 2024 they were 4200.

We heat the water using a heat pump, with the help of an 8 kW photovoltaic system capable of avoiding the introduction of 6 tons of CO2 into the environment per year.

We do not use gas.

The bar-bistro mainly deals with Ligurian products: wines, craft breweries with sources and plantations, drinks, spirits, food products from the Ligurian territory.

These and other attentions and ideas will be gradually communicated through our site and implemented.

We will never stop believing that “another world” is possible and we will continue to live trying to do our part to help the planet we live on.

“The head is round to allow ideas to circulate”
