At our Bar & Cantina, Bistrot & Deli of Delights, we handpick the very best from Liguria’s rich food & wine heritage — spotlighting small local producers who know their land and love it. We know most of them personally: we’ve seen their farms, their kitchens, and the care they put into every single product. They deliver fresh goodies 2–3 times a week, just in time for Clara to whip up the best of Ligurian (and Lunigiana!) home-style cuisine — served with local wines, craft beers, wild cocktails, and a big smile.

The Collina San Michele Breakfast
Served daily from 8:00 to 11:00. All the classics: coffee, cappuccino, fresh juice, smoothies, teas & herbal infusions + warm bread, fresh brioche, cakes & local sweets, toast, focaccia, pizza, and boiled eggs. For every taste — our bakery & fresh section is available on order.
The Deli of Delights
Open daily: 8–11 / 17–23. Packed with the best Ligurian & Lunigiana treats: think olive oil, anchovies, olives, jams, honey, and amazing cakes. Take the taste of our land back to your tent, home, or road trip.
The bistrot 
Dinner’s on from 19:00 to 21:30. Here’s how it works: order at the bar, set your table wherever you like, and we’ll call you when your dish is ready. Expect simple, authentic food — just like we eat at home — made by Clara with love and the finest ingredients.

Our Local Partners
While remaining deeply attached to our local area, every year we choose companies located just a few kilometers beyond the borders of our mountains. These are businesses that work the land through genuine, organic farming projects, often with strong social initiatives in lesser-known areas that are unique for their characteristics. Some examples? From Lunigiana, the Castel del Piano winery; from Piacenza, Grossetti’s PDO cured meats; from the Tortona Hills in Piedmont, the Valli Unite winery (excellent Barbera Bardigà 2012, for those in the know). Special guest 2025: from Arnaldo Caprai Winery, the renowned Montefalco Rosso and Sagrantino 2019.
In 2026, we also continue our collaboration with several Lunigiana producers met at the Lunigiana Slow Food Earth Markets, with monthly events dedicated to introducing you — straight from the stalls to the table — to traditional artisanal testaroli from Pontremoli, including live cooking demonstrations; the Marocca di Casola (the area’s traditional chestnut bread); the excellent cured meats and cheeses from Naturalmente Lunigiana in Filattiera, and much more.
