KM LIGURIA

For the offer of the bar and restaurant we have mainly tried to identify farmers and food laboratories in our region. We know most of the farms personally and we know the area they work in and above all we know “how” they work. Small or medium-sized farms that create unique products using unique raw materials from our area.
They supply us with their fresh products 2/3 times a week and we order the material according to the occupation of the campsite so as far as possible not to create waste.

From breakfast to dinner, we will offer typical Ligurian dishes, wines, distilled beers and reinterpretations of famous cocktails that will come from raw materials of our territory.
The order of the daily fresh must be made at the bar before 8 in the evening for the next morning.

MICHAEL’S BREAKFAST

We serve breakfast every day from 8 to 11 in the morning.
You can order your bread, brioche, focaccia, sandwiches or pizza in the evening before 8pm for the following day.

Will find: the standard proposal of a cafeteria (coffee, cappuccino, latte macchiato, etc.) Juices, fruit extracts, selection of juices, teas and herbal teas. Fresh bread and croissants, typical cakes and desserts, bread, butter and jam, Toast, focaccia, pizza and hard-boiled eggs!

You can buy to take away some products of our territory.
Oil and olives, cakes and biscuits, jams and honey, fresh pasta and ready-made sauces.

Dinner is served every day from 7 to 9.30.

You will have to place your order at the bar counter, set yourself up at one of our tables and when it is ready you will be called.
Our restaurant of choice has a simple cuisine that serves only typical dishes linked to the territory and with fresh and excellent quality raw materials.

WE INTRODUCE OUR NEIGHBORS

While remaining loyal to our territory, this year we have chosen 3 farms located a few kilometers from the border of our mountains. Farms that work the land with real and organic agriculture projects and social projects and territories perhaps hidden but unique in their food and wine proposal.

From the Lunigiana in Tuscany the Castel del Piano farm, from the Tortona hills in Piedmont the Valli Unite farm and from Piacenza in Emilia Romagna the Grossetti DOP cured meats.
