We’re beyond excited to share two amazing updates from Collina San Michele – Camping Levanto! 🚀 With the arrival of the incredible chef Clara, our team is growing… and so is our list of experiences! Starting April 2025, we’re bringing you something truly special: an authentic Ligurian DOC cooking class led by the talented Clara herself and her husband Ermanno – a master of ligurian tastes. Just minutes from the camping, in the lush garden of her home, A Ca Persa, they will guide you through a fun, hands-on culinary adventure exploring the rich flavors and traditions of Liguria.

In this intimate class, you’ll learn to prepare legendary Ligurian dishes like:
🍝 Corzetti – the region’s signature pasta
🌱 Pesto Genovese – mastering the perfect blend of basil, garlic, pine nuts, and mortar
🍰 Tiramisù – the world’s most beloved Italian dessert

And of course, the experience wouldn’t be complete without:
🍷 A welcoming aperitif
🍽️ A tasting session (yes, tasting your creations is a must!)
☕ Local wines and an authentic espresso to wrap it up in true Italian style
